How much television a man watches may affect his sperm count.  Harvard Researchers found that men who sat in front of a television for twenty or more hours each week had sperm counts 44% lower than men who didn’t spend as much time in front of the television.  Even with a lower sperm count, their sperm were healthy in terms of motility, shape and volume.

The research also found that men who exercised moderately or vigorously at least 15 hours a week had improved sperm counts by up to 73%.

While investigators found a link between television viewing habits and a lower sperm count, they did not prove that tv habits caused it.  To read more about the study, click here.
