Ephrata Police have charged Gail Moyer with four counts of theft by deception and four counts of theft by unlawful taking. Moyer was the Power of Attorney for her mother’s finances between 2006 and 2012 when $50,000 dollars when missing from her mother’s bank accounts without her knowledge or benefit.

Moyer was arraigned and sent to Lancaster County Prison on $25,000 bail.
