Northern Lancaster County Regional Police have arrested and charged a second person for the January 28th robbery of a home in Clay Township. Jonathan Seager, 25 of Lititz, has been charged with Robbery, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Unlawful Restraint.

The incident took place at 4:30 in the morning at home in the 1400 block of Furnace Hills Road. The two men, one of them armed with a short barrel shotgun and the another armed with a wooden mallet, forced their way inside while the owners were sleeping upstairs. The homeowners’ adult son was also asleep on a couch on the lower level.  The son was awaken to find the shotgun pointed at his face.

The men tied him up. The suspects got away with an X-Box 360, a Turtle Beaches Headset, a cell phone, a wallet and cash.  They also took a small amount of marijuana and a small “mini-bong” water pipe belonging to the son.  His parents were asleep during the entire incident.

Police arrested 25-year old David Figueroa the day after the robbery. After his arrest, additional information assisted police in locating and arresting Seager.
