U.S. Marshals arrest a Megan’s Law violator from York County in Philadelphia. 24-year-old Jean Aboa-Ahika, originally from the Republic of Ivory Coast, was captured at around 10 o’clock Thursday morning in the 3600 block of Conshohocken Avenue. He is being held by Philadelphia Police pending his return to York County.
In February 2010, Aboa-Ahika was convicted of Incest in Delaware County. In 2011 he was in York County Prison on an unrelated charge. In December 2011, Aboa-Ahika was released but failed to register his new address. Springettsbury Township Police asked the U.S. Marshals Service to help locate and arrest him.
