A dog in Atlanta is multi-talented. Norman the Sheepdog loves to ride a scooter. He pushes himself around… for a good time. However, that’s not all he can do. He can ride a tricycle and skateboard as well. Norman’s owner says he loves anything that moves.
Norman’s antics have landed him a spot on the TV show ‘Who Let the Dogs Out’ which airs on the Hallmark channel.
