Northern York County Regional Police have arrested Matthew Sharp, 20 of Dover, for the August 1st, 2012 robbery of the Turkey Hill in Dover Township. Sharp robbed the cashier at knife point and stole $117 cash from the register.
A witness to the robbery came forward in January and told police that Sharp had been bragging about committing the robbery. The clerk from the store was able to positively identify him as the same person that held up the store.
Sharp was arrested on Thursday by the United State Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force. The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with additional information is asked to contact the Northern York County Regional Police Department at 717-292-3647.
