Man injured during home invasion in Lancaster City

Police in Lancaster City say  man was hospitalized after being assaulted during a home invasion early Saturday morning. It happened around 2 a.m. along the 200 block of South Ann Street. The victim told police that a large group of people broke into his home and stole several hundred dollars in cash along with clothing and electronics.

The victim was treated at Lancaster General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

    That's why i have a semi auto pistol in the b.r. and a shorgun in the living room. u have to be careful in todays world. it is not the same as 50 years ago. anyone comes thru our door gets a blast of buckshot. i would more rather be judged by 12 than carried out by 6.
