Spring Garden Township Police are searching for the suspect that stole a woman’s purse outside the Rutter’s on South Richland Avenue in York. The female suspect grabbed the purse from the victim and fled the scene in a dark colored car.
The registration on the car is believed to start with the letters JFN. Anyone with information on the incident or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact the Spring Garden Township Police Department at 717-843-0851.
