Man wanted for attempted-murder turns himself in

Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a shooting that took place near a Lebanon City playground on Jan. 9.

Angel Franqui-Pagan, 22, turned himself over to police on Friday afternoon after being on the run for over a month.

Franqui -Pagan is accused of shooting 33-year-old Christopher Barrett in the back. The shooting took place near the Beautex Playground at 12th and Buttonwood Streets in Lebanon.

He is facing numerous charges including attempted homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Franqui-Pagan was taken to Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $1,000,000 bail.
