A woman is charged after allowing a 3-year-old to pump gas for her at a Lancaster County gas station. Theresa A. Moran Camara, 46 is facing child endangerment charges after she let her son pump gas at the Giant-to-Go along the 2300 block of Oregon Pike on Jan. 19
Witnesses called police after watching the tot spray fuel all over himself when he removed the nozzle from the vehicle.
The bystanders wrote down license plate of the vehicle and officers were able to track Moran Camara down.
Charges were filed before MDJ David Miller.

Clear violation of the law. The law is posted on gas pumps as to the age someone must be to pump gas. Of course, if she couldn't read English……………………………..

Guess we should have laws like NJ where only trained personnel pump gasoline.
