You won’t have to show a photo ID in the May Primary election.  Penn Live reporting that both sides involved in a court battle over the issue agreed on that today.  Pennsylvania voters will choose candidates in judicial and municipal races on May 21st.  Election officials can ask to see an ID but voters will be allowed to cast ballots without it.  A lawsuit challenges whether requiring all voters to show a photo ID is constitutional.  That trial begins in July.
