Fire in Springettsbury Township

UPDATE:  Fire leaves three, a father and two children homeless in York County.  The father said he noticed a fire in one of the bedrooms and rushed to get the children safely out of the house.  The Flames were visible when the first fire crews arrived on the scene.   The house had extensive damage from the flames, smoke and water.  No official word on the cause of the fire, but it begin in a bedroom.

Firefighters are on the scene of a house fire on Oakleigh Drive in Springettsbury Township. The call went out around 12:45pm. The American Red Cross is on the scene as well. There are no reports of injuries at this time.

    I live across the street…I believe the little boy is around 3 and the little girls is around 4 or 5. Just happy no one was hurt.

    any donations would be greatly appreciates the little boy is 2 he takes 4-5 and the girls is 7 she wearts 6-7 its so sad and devistating
