A teenager takes her parents to court.. for her right to have a baby.  The 16 year old girl is suing her parents in a Texas Court to stop them from forcing her to have an abortion.  The mother-to-be  is being supported by her boyfriend and his parents and asked for an injunction to keep her parents from using physical and verbal threats against her.  Lawyers for both sides finally came to an agreement and the girl’s parents agreed to let her continue carrying the baby.  They also gave her permission to marry the child’s father.  The girl’s parents deny the accusations in the lawsuit and called the case baseless.
