A Pa Lottery Cash 5 ticket worth $250,000 was sold in Dauphin County. The Lottery Commission says the ticket was purchased on Sunday, February 17 at Zeek’s Exxon, in the 800 block of South Eisenhower Boulevard. The ticket is one of two to matched all five balls, 08-10-15-22-30, that will split a jackpot total of $500,000, less 25 percent federal withholding. The other winning ticket was sold in Pittsburgh.
Each retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket.
Lottery officials cannot confirm the identities of the winners until the prizes are claimed and the tickets are validated. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. Each ticket holder is encouraged to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at (717) 702-8146 and file a claim at any of the Lottery’s seven main offices or at Lottery headquarters in Middletown.
Claims may be filed Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at area offices and from 8 am to 4 pm at Lottery headquarters.
