Mike Tyson is suing a Live Nation financial services firm.
The former heavyweight champ says one of the firm’s advisers embezzled more than $300,000of his money and cost him millions in lost earnings.
Tyson is seeking more than $5 million in damages.
A spokeswoman for Live Nation says the company had not been served with the law suit and could not comment.
