18 Arrested in Narcotics Bust

Over the past three weeks, the York City’s Narcotics Unit and Nuisance Abatement Division along with officers from the Springettsbury Police Dept., West Manchester Police Dept., the York County Sheriffs Dept., Newberry Township Police Dept. and the U.S. Marshal Service arrested the following for illegal narcotics:

A search warrant was executed at 929 Wellington St. Arrested in the house was 40 year old Aaron Williams (AKA “DJ SMASH”) of the listed address. He was charged with PWI Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Seized were $300 in Cocaine and $650 in U.S. Currency.

Arrested in the 700 Block of W. King St. was 52 year old Leocadio Alverez of 759 W. King St. He was charged with (2) counts of Delivery of Heroin. Seized were $600 in Heroin and $1,190 in U.S. Currency.

A search warrant was executed at 727 S. Newberry St. Arrested in the house were 22 year old Tly Schildt, 21 year old David Stolnis and 21 year old Dylan Ward of the listed address. Schildt was charged with PWI Marijuana. Stolnis was charged with Possession of Marijuana. Ward was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Seized were $4,880 in Marijuana and $1,496 in U.S. Currency.

Arrested in the 200 Block of E. Philadelphia St. was 18 year old Axel Pena-Reyes of 154 W. Philadelphia St. Pena-Reyes was charged with Delivery of Cocaine. Seized was $100 in Cocaine.

A search warrant was executed at 223 Walnut St. Arrested in the house was 32 year old Lisa Wyche of the listed address. Wyche was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

A search warrant was executed at 536 Dallas St. Arrested in the house were 34 year old Shanta Palmer and 31 year old Melvin Price of the listed address. Price was charged with PWI Cocaine, Felons Not to Possess a Firearm and RSP of a Firearm. Palmer was charged with PWI Cocaine and RSP Firearm. Seized was $200 in Cocaine, a Sterling .25 cal. handgun and bullet proof vest.

A Search warrant was executed at 766 W. Market St. Apt. #5. Arrested in the house was 25 year old Jeffrey Clayson of the listed address. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Arrested in the 400 Block of Pennsylvania Ave was 22 year old Andrew Ziegler of 276 W. Cottage Place, Apt. #2. He was charged with Delivery of Oxycodone. Seized was $100 in Oxycodone.

A search warrant was executed at 221 Fulton St. Arrested in the house was 33 year old Marvin Torres of the listed address and 29 year old Michael Burgos of 125 S. Albemarle St. Torres was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Burgos was charged with Possession of Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia.

A search warrant was executed at 675 E. Princess St. and 751 E. Princess St. Arrested was William Otero of 751 E. Princess St. Otero was charged with PWI Cocaine, PWI Heroin, PWI Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Felons Not to Possess a Firearm (2 cts). Seized was $2,800 in Cocaine, $900 in Heroin, $500 in Marijuana, a Bersa .380 cal. Handgun, a .22 cal. Handgun, $145 in U.S. Currency and a 1990 Jaguar.

A search warrant was executed at 51 S. Queen St. Arrested from the house was 25 year old Tyree Eatmon of the listed address. He was charged with Possession of Cocaine.

A search warrant was executed at 201 E. Cottage Place. Arrested at the house was 20 year old Derek Hill of the listed address. He was charged with PWI Cocaine. Seized was $200 in Cocaine.

A search warrant was executed at 520 W. King St. Arrested in the house was 27 year old Elroy Hampton of the listed address. He was charged with PWI Cocaine. Seized were $200 in Cocaine and $100 in U.S. Currency.

A search warrant was executed at 464 ½ W. Princess St. Arrested in the house was 42 year old Michelle Leonard of the listed address. She was charged with Possession of Marijuana.

    What about the drug dealer/meth lab guy in york new salem close to the elementary school with the white ford martz bros. painting van. He has been dealing for over 10 years and still not busted… Time for him to go…C'mon coppers get him…

      Only 2 of the 18 were ONLY charged with pot possession.

      …and, let's see. I watched many of my pothead friends grow up to be wasted-away nothings. Proves to me that pot legalization will pull down our weakest people. Better get that mental health system funded quick.

      For the occasional pot smoker (like the occasional cigar smoker or drinker), good luck to ya. To all ya addicts, please move to a state that will have ya cause I'm personally tired of all the damaged goods with machinery that you are causing at the warehouse.
