A 29-year-old man is recovering after being shot during a robbery along North 5th and Woodbine Streets in Harrisburg early Friday morning. The victim told police that a man approached him as he was walking to his girlfriends house and demanded his valuables. When the victim resisted–the robber pulled out a gun and shot him in the buttocks. The victim was driven to a local hospital by a friend. He was later transferred to Hershey Medical Center for treatment.
Police say the suspect got away with a small amount of cash and cigarettes.
