Police continue to investigate a bank robbery that occurred along North Second Street in Harrisburg on Sunday. A masked man entered the Metro Bank shortly after 11 a.m.
The robber walked up to a bank teller, laid down a white plastic bag and demanded money. The teller complied and handed over a small amount of cash, police said.
He was last seen fleeing east on Walnut Street. No weapon was displayed during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a male of an unknown race, approx. 5’5″ in height and thin. He was last seen wearing a black mask, gloves, black hooded sweatshirt and light colored pants.
