
A Massachusetts pharmacy is recalling six medications women use for in vitro fertilization. Village Fertility Pharmacy says it found something floating inside a vile. The Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy ordered the company to cease and desist all sterile compounding on February 20th. The medications were shipped to 39 states and used on more than 2,000 patients. Most of the recalled items are progesterone injections. So far there are no reports of any adverse effects.
