A Lancaster man was caught going through vehicles at a car lot, wearing gloves and a forehead flashlight. Police say they caught Luis Omar Colon-Roque, 28, after they were called to Spot Check Auto Sales on Lincoln Highway. Colon-Roque was holding a rubber tube he’d picked up on the lot. He is charged with Loitering & Prowling at Night and Defiant Trespass and is currently in Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
