A Carlisle man is facing charges after police say he assaulted a woman and her infant son during a domestic dispute . Police say Favian Dion Padilla, 24, of 621 N. Pitt St., Carlisle, got into an argument with a woman in his apartment when it turned physical.
Padilla is accused of assaulting the woman and a baby boy.
He was arrested and taken to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $125,000 bail. Padilla is facing numerous charges including simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment.
