A horse and buggy crash in Perry County puts one child in the hospital. Police say the crash happened Monday afternoon along Route 850 In Northeast Madison Township. Police say a car hit the horse and buggy that was stopped in the roadway.
A 5- year- old was one of four people riding in the buggy and the only one that was injured. The child was airlifted to Penn State Hershey Medical Center with moderate injuries.
