Upper Allen Police arrested 61-year old Stanley Richwine of Mechanicsburg for the sexual assault of a 13-year old. An investigation revealed Richwine had sexual contact with the victim from July 2012 through January 2013.
He was arrested today and sent to Cumberland County Prison on $500,000 bail. He faces several charges including Rape, Statutory Sexual Assault and Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse.
