A 45-year-old former Lancaster County man was arrested and charged with selling cocaine following a two-month long drug trafficking investigation conducted by the Lancaster County Drug Task Force. Phonxay “Si” Douangsouri, who currently lives in Atlanta, was arrested Feb. 9 at motel in Rapho Township when he came back to the area to sell cocaine, police said.
Authorities say Douangsouri would stay at the motel several days per month while he distributed the cocaine.
During the raid detectives seized approximately $13,000 worth of cocaine, $900 in cash and various drug paraphernalia.
All of the cocaine that was seized was earmarked for distribution in Lancaster County, police said.
Douangsouri is charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was taken to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
