The Palmyra girls basketball team beat Susquehannock, 46-30 to win the “AAA” district championship. Its the 1st district championship for the Cougars.
Palmyra remains undefeated and will be the number one seed from District 3 in the upcoming state playoffs. The Warriors will be the number 2 seed.
Palmyra (28-9) will meet the fourth-place qualifier from District 12 next Saturday in the opening round of the Class AAA Tournament. Susquehannock (18-8), will have a rematch with Lancaster Catholic in its opener.

Super district III tournament Suskquehannock Warriors! Finishing runner up in the 10 county 3A tourney isn’t too shabby. Well done ladies. Good Luck in your state opener against Lanc Cath, you can do it again!
