Middletown police arrest two men suspected of planting bottle bombs throughout the borough on Thursday morning. Carl Biter, 29, of North Union Street, and David Cucillo, 28, of Lawrence Street, are both charged with four counts of reckless endangerment, four counts of arson with explosives, four counts of criminal mischief, on count of attempted criminal mischief, one count of disorderly conduct, four counts of possessing explosive/incendiary material, two counts of risking a catastrophe, and three counts of criminal conspiracy.

Police found five bottle bombs along Union Street and another three on East Roosevelt.

No one was injured.

Cucillo was arrested Saturday and was taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Biter is expected to be arraigned later Monday afternoon.

The cases will be prosecuted in Dauphin County Court by the District Attorney’s office.
