A WINTER STORM WATCH goes into effect Tuesday evening through Wednesday for much of the area.

DMA Winter Storm Watch

Snow will start to fall tomorrow night and continue heavy at times through the day on Wednesday.  Significant accumulations are possible in the watch area.  Traveling will be difficult and not recommended.  Winds will become quite gusty causing blowing snow which may result in lower visibility.

A Winter Storm Watch means there is a potential for significant snow accumulations which may impact travel.

Above totals are preliminary and are subject to change depending on track of storm.

TONIGHT

Cold with clear skies, lows dropping to the low to mid 20s.

CALM TUESDAY

Tomorrow we’ll start out with cold but sunny conditions.  Clouds will return to the area and increase through the afternoon.  Highs will be in the low 40s.

SNOWY WEDNESDAY

Expect snow all day long.  Winds will be gusty. Temperatures will hover in the mid 30s.  Storm pulls away towards evening allowing snow to taper across the area.

7 Day Forecast

We are quiet the rest of the week into the weekend with more sunshine a milder temperatures arriving by Friday.
