Police say the man found dead in 900 block of Long Street last night died of a gunshot wound and is the 4th homicide victim of the year in Harrisburg. Courtney Jackson, 20, was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel. Detectives were called to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
