A pair of teens from South Lebanon Township are cited after one towed the other around behind his car in a kiddie pool. It happened around 11pm Sunday night. Tyler Hitz, 18, was inside the kiddie pool and holding onto the rear bumper of the car driven by Jovanni Mercado, 19. Both were cited for unauthorized person or device hanging on a vehicle.
Two juvenile teens riding in the car were also cited for curfew violations.
