The County of York is instituting its liberal leave policy for employees except those who work in the York County Court of Common Pleas.
The liberal leave policy is in effect due to the inclement weather conditions.
Under the county’s liberal leave policy, employees unable to make it to work are permitted to use unscheduled paid time off in lieu of reporting. Essential employees should report to work as scheduled.
Although liberal leave is in effect for employees, the County will remain open for business as scheduled.
Liberal leave is not in effect for the York County Court of Common Pleas. All employees and jurors should report as scheduled. Business for the day will continue as normal.
