The PA Retailers’ Association has announced that Al Boscov will be the first inductee of the PA Retailers’ Hall of Fame.  PA Governors Tom Corbett, Ed Rendell, and Tom Ridge are the honorary co-chairmen of Thursday’s awards event in Reading.  At the age of 83, Al Boscov is again chairman of the department store chain that was founded by his father a century ago.  Several Boscov’s department stores are located across Central Pennsylvania.
