An angry neighbor in New York called the police because of someone’s laughter.
Apparently Robert Schiarelli’s laughter disturbs the peace.
He says he and his neighbor had been at it for years, but when Schiarelli laughed at his neighbor out of a window, he had enough.
Police showed up and gave Schiarelli two tickets for disturbing the peace.
Schiarelli said,”He says just come down here right now and he gives me two appearance tickets. I’m not going to be bullied or pushed around or told what to do.”
Each of the tickets carries a $250 fine or 15 days in jail.

That's ridiculous! Maybe he should have punched the neighbor in the face instead of just laughing at him, who knows may have been a cheaper fine!!
