Thief steals cash from car with victim inside

A brazen robber is arrested in Dauphin County after he stole money from an occupied vehicle. It happened Saturday morning along the 500 block of Main Street in Lykens.

State police say Dustin Joseph Stroup, 25, of Elizabethville, stole $100 from a vehicle while the victim was sitting inside of it.  Stroup proceeded to ram the victim’s vehicle while fleeing the scene with the cash. Troopers were able to catch up with  Stroup a short time later. He is charged with robbery and aggravated assault.

Stroup was taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

    Can you imagine that there are hundreds of douche bags like this amongst us that have yet to do whatever stupid things similar to this? How do they function in society in normal day-to-day and then snap into acting out such idiocy?

    do people stop and think that not everyone has a perfect life and some people are sick but to ask anyone for help you cant get it and there are rude people like you that never have problems are the ones that turn these sick people down just a thought
