Aspirin can lower risk of skin cancer

A new study finds that Aspirin may lower the risk of skin cancer in women.  Those who took regular doses of the pill lowered their risk of getting melanoma by 20 percent. The longer they took aspirin, the lower their risk became.   While researchers say it’s not proof that aspirin directly lowers the risk, they say inflammation plays a big role in developing cancer and aspirin is an anti-inflammatory drug.
