Getting More Expensive

Weddings are getting more expensive.  And it could be a sign of a better economy.  Brides and grooms are spending more to tie the knot now than they did before the recession.  Wedding site, theknot.com, says the average wedding bill cost just $28,000 last year.  Spending increased in almost every category from photographers to invitations.  Couples in Manhattan spent the most averaging nearly $77,000.  And Alaskans were the most frugal with the average ceremony totaling $15,000.
