Two teens accused of killing a Harrisburg man have been arrested, police said. Tyya Barnes, 19, and Shane Halloway, 18, were both taken into custody on March 9 for the shooting death of 20-year-old Courtney Jackson.
Jackson was gunned down along the 900 block of Long Street on March 4.
Both teens face numerous charges including criminal homicide, possession of firearms and criminal conspiracy.
Jackson’s death marked the city’s fourth homicide of the year.
