A mother in Washington state is facing serious charges after police say she let her toddler smoke pot out of a bong on camera.  Police were called out to the home and found 40 marijuana plants and firearms.  She is facing several charges of giving her 22 month old son a controlled substance.  Police also arrested the child’s father.  A judge set bond for the mother at $5,000.  The boy and another child taken from the home are in the care of child protective services.
