The City of Lancaster honoring some of their finest in uniform.  21 Lancaster police officers received commendations at a ceremony Tuesday before their friends, family and peers.  These officers were honored for bravery, excellent teamwork and quick actions to save lives.  They even included K9 Officer Tom, the partner of David Rachor who was also recognized.  Many of the officers were recognized for their roles in helping to evacuate the Park City mall quickly and safely after a robbery at the Arby’s back in November.
