Centralia, WA (KCPQ) — A raw video went online allegedly showing 24-year-old Rachelle L. Braaten helping her toddler smoke pot from a bong.
Police said they arrested a couple after finding 40 marijuana plants in their home Friday and for allegedly allowing their toddler to inhale pot from a marijuana bong.
The Centralia Anti-Crime team served a search warrant at a residence in the 1400 block of Delaware Avenue in Centralia. Tyler J. Lee, 25, of Centralia, was booked on a charge of manufacture of marijuana, and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Braaten, of Centralia, was booked on one count of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance to a minor and one count of manufacture of marijuana.
The victim of the unlawful delivery is Braaten’s and Lee’s 1-year 10-month-old son, police said. Officers were informed that Braaten was allowing the young child to inhale pot smoke from a marijuana bong, police said.

How ridiculous! They should never get that child back! Hopefully there is a intelligent, loving family member that can care for this unfortunate child!
