Donegal Boys, CV and York Catholic Girls into PIAA Final Four

The magical ride continues for Donegal.    The Indians chip away at a 10-point halftime defecit and stare down the 3-time defending PIAA champs Neumann-Goretti to advance to the “AAA” final four.    Donegal ends up winning 55-50 in what coach Ryan Butt calls “the biggest win in Donegal history.”     York Catholic’s girls are familiar with this stage of the game.   They deal with Pine Grove’s pressure to advance to the “AA” semifinals 49-44.    Cumberland Valley continues to surprise in the “AAAA” girls bracket.   The Eagles play on after a convincing 53-36 performance against North Penn.     Central Dauphin and Dover’s girls both are eliminated from the tournament.    Here are the results from Friday Night:
