It remains unclear what started a two-alarm fire at a sawmill in Lancaster County early Friday morning. Flames broke out at the Noah Shirk Sawmill located along the 200 block of Covered Bridge Road in West Earl Township around 12:13 a.m.
The building was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived at the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
Authorities have not been able to determine an exact cause of the fire. They say it was accidental in nature.
The fire caused about $20,000 worth of damage. The building is a total loss.
