and they wonder why people dont like police….because of the bad cops and they are everywhere….

    • HowIgnorantRU?

However, if you are prone to having to be approached by police, meaning you get into situations where police are needed, you should fully cooperate, thereby reducing the chances that a bad cop will get inflamed. There ARE bad cops everywhere. The attitudes and personalities of some of the police wanna-bes that I have met are scary and I can only hope they haven't or don't make it to their goal.

Best advice is don't do things or be places where cops need to get involved. Easier said than done for some.

    • let's get real

maybe they should only hand candy out when the dispatch center advises them that a citizen has called for an issue that they created and now can't control, prisons are bad and violations against society are mere figments of our imaginations, next time a drunken person stumbling down the street shows up or some crazy woman goes bezerk, we should drive them across the bridge or buy them a ticket to baltimore, cheaper and problem solved

I asked this same question when the original story was posted…..

Does anyone know if patrolman Chad Moyer, previously worked as a teacher for Central York School District?

      • JustSayin

No this person I'm talking about is named Chad Moyer, he was a teacher at North Hills Elementary when I knew him back in 2007-2009. North Hills is a Central school district school. The picture that was posted in regards to this story, I believe on Wgal was a male in a suit during a police training with a police dog hanging from his arm. The picture male looks identical to the teacher from North Hills Elementary school that was named Chad Moyer!!

  • FYI

FYI: The 30 or so comments posted to the original Debra Williams story/video (most of which openly condemned the brutality of the officers) from yesterday have all been erased. Seems that Fox 43 will censor on behalf of police accused of brutality to handcuffed suspects…FYI

What a disgrace Fox 43! All of you complaining need to watch the ENTIRE video of these arrests PLUS the audio…especially Debra Williams. These men are trained to assess risk and protect themselves as well. Debra was combative, violent, and assaulted the officer. The man did not comply with orders…the cops threw him down. The reporters should be ashamed of how they took 2 seconds of video and the ONLY audio you hear from Ms. Williams is "I want to die". Listen to how she is on the entire tape. Plus Fox43 in all fairness why didn't you report Ms. Williams record of DUI, assault, endangering the welfare of children, terroristic threats, etc…Perhaps you should spend more time on actual reporting and less time on Facebook or Youtube clips! Pathetic!

Wow, youre going to lengths digging up Ms.William's dirt to destroy her credibility in this. Can we see a review of all complaints against the officers? Oh, thats right, if people dont go to great lengths(like a lawsuit) it all gets swept under the rug.Yeah, the woman was out of hand/combative…but there is absolutely no justification for the assaults on a cuffed suspect in the back of that car…none
