The Cumberland County Coroner’s office has released the names of the two bus crash fatalities. The driver of the bus, 61-year old Anthony Guaetta of Johnstown, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The second victim, Kristina Quigley, 30 of Greensburg, died at Hershey Medical Center from injuries she sustained in the crash. Quigley was six months pregnant and her unborn child did not survive.

According to the school’s website, Quigley was the Head Coach of the lacrosse team.

That's a gray area that depends on the interpretation of each person. One could also say that to be a fatality, one must be born. If a pregnant dog is hit and killed by a car and she had 6 unborn pups inside of her that would be unable to live outside of her body, you typically would not hear that 7 dogs died. At six months pregnant, the woman's unborn child may have been able to sustain life outside of her body, so I agree that it is possible that the unborn child could be considered a fatality, too.
