A man was struck and killed by a train just after 12:30 a.m. Saturday morning in Richland Borough, Lebanon County. Brett Potteiger, 23 of Richland, was walking north on Main Street while a train was approaching from the east.
Potteiger ran and tried to beat the train across the crossing but was struck by the train. Pennsylvania State Police in Jonestown are still investigating the incident.
