A Baltimore man faces charges after he was pulled over twice in one night for DUI. At around 1 a.m. February 24th, 21-year old Harold Heard IV of Baltimore, was pulled over on the 2700 block of Columbia Avenue in Manor Township.

The officer suspected that Heard was under the influence and he was taken for testing at a local hospital. At around 2:20 a.m., Heard was released from the hospital and taken to a motel on Columbia Avenue, while the police officer resumed her duties.

At 2:35 a.m., the officer was on the 700 block of Millersville Road when Heard passed her again, this time in a different car. He was stopped a second time and a breathalyzer test at the scene found his blood alcohol level at 0.14.

Charges have been filed for the second stop and others are pending, awaiting results of the hospital’s test.
