Lindsay Lohan struck a plea deal in her probation violation that requires her to go to rehab and she avoids jail time.  Lohan answered only “yes” when the judge asked her if she understands the terms of the plea deal, which avoids a trial.  She is ordered to attend a locked rehab facility for three months.  She’ll also have to pay some fines and attend psycho therapy.  It stems from lying to police officers about who was driving her porsche last summer when it crashed.
