Simon Cowell is searching for new talent on YouTube.  Called ‘The You Generation’, wannabe stars can upload videos in a list of categories including make-up artists, designers, chefs and singers.  The contest launches March 20 in 26 countries.  Cowell says the contest will run over 52 weeks with 26 separate two week rounds.  There will be cash prizes.
