Michael Jackson’s doctor does not plan on speaking in the wrongful death suit over the singer.  Jackson’s mother is suing concert promoter AEG Live.  Dr. Conrad Murray says he will not answer any questions during deposition or at trial.  Murray has never been questioned under oath about the singer’s death and he does not intend to be.  His lawyer says if Murray is forced on the stand, he will plead the fifth amendment.  Murray was found guilty in 2009 in Jackson’s death and is currently serving a four year sentence.
