A York man is arrested after York City Police and the Vice and Narcotics Unit served a warrant at 706 Roosevelt Avenue on Sunday, March 17th. Zontae Dorian Fleming, 24, is charged with Aggravated Assault, Felons not to possess a firearm and PWI Marijuana.
