Undocumented students in PA could soon make their dreams of higher education a reality. Sen. Lloyd Smucker introducing the Pennsylvania Dream Act Tuesday in Harrisburg. The bill will provide the opportunity for undocumented students to pay in-state tuition rates at public colleges and universities. In order to qualify, students must have graduated from a Pennsylvania high school or a GED. So far, 13 other states have already passed their version of the Dream Act.

How can a person be a responsible citizen while ignoring the law. These young people may not be here on their own. But referring to people here illegally as "undocumented" is disingenuous.

If none of Smucker's constituants want this, why in the world would he introduce it? One onf the "illegals" is even wearing a shirt with the word "undocumented" on the front. Like he was boasting and laughing in our face.
